Alliance for Electrical Restructuring in Oklahoma

AERO's ultimate goal is to implement legislative change in 2023 that redefines how commercial and industrial consumers are allowed to buy electric power. To do so, we need to act now, executing the necessary due diligence to identify potential opportunities and address any challenges in time for the 2023 legislation session.    

As with any policy change, it will take considerable effort and financial resources to not only get the word out but to conduct market viability studies and analysis. We want to provide research that quantifiably supports our notion that Delivering the Power of Choice through True Competition is not only a good thing, but the right thing to do for the commercial and industrial consumers of power in Oklahoma.
